Supply Chain Operations Manager

As a Supply Chain Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for managing the supply chain, aligning with production schedules and business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for plastics, sheet metal, and rubber components, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Oversee customs clearance processes for imported materials, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
- Monitor and manage costs within the supply chain, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or delivery times.
- Lead and supervise the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are highly engaged and performing to their potential.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations with overall business processes.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the stability and reliability of the supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with specific experience in manufacturing environments producing electromechanical products.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and experience with international sourcing and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
