Job Description:

As a seasoned SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level services in the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet solutions. Your extensive experience in End to End implementation and strong leadership skills will enable you to successfully lead teams through complex EC projects.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing EC solutions with a focus on core HR and time-off management processes.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to core HR, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, and reporting.
  • Ability to conduct workshops independently to understand business requirements and capture them in workbooks.
  • Expertise in configuring EC solutions, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of integration within SF modules like ONB, recruitment, and LMS.
  • Additional expertise in SAP HR module is highly valued.
