Executive Project Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is essential.
- Work Experience: 7-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in the PEB, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and leadership qualities. If you have a passion for project execution and team management, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing project schedules with milestones and timelines
- Coordinating site visits and client meetings
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality requirements
- Supervising foundation, erection, roofing, cladding, and finishing works
- Preparing final documentation including as-built drawings and quality reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of estimation, design review, and production planning
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
