Job Title: EXAPACS Administrator - Technical Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled EXAPACS Administrator to lead our IT team in managing, maintaining, and supporting the EXAPACS application. This technical role requires a strong understanding of system administration, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to provide effective support and ensure system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration:
    - Manage, configure, and maintain the EXAPACS application to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    - Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
    - Monitor system performance and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  • User Support:
    - Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting application issues and addressing queries.
    - Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within EXAPACS.
    - Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to enhance system usage.
  • Data Management:
    - Manage and maintain data integrity within the EXAPACS application.
    - Conduct regular backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
    - Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Integration and Customization:
    - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate EXAPACS with other systems and applications.
    - Customize workflows and reports to align with organizational requirements.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    - Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
    - Stay updated on the latest EXAPACS features and industry trends.
  • Problem Resolution:
    - Diagnose and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
    - Escalate complex technical problems to vendors or advanced support teams as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Experience in system administration, preferably with EXAPACS or similar applications.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in EXAPACS administration and related technologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Work Environment:
This role may require occasional after-hours support for system updates or troubleshooting.
