About this Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Integration Expert to drive the successful implementation of our SAP CPI solution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating multiple systems, including cloud-to-on-premise and cloud-to-cloud environments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using SAP CPI.
  • Analyzing business requirements and defining technical architectures to meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing integration landscapes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of directly-related work experience in supporting SuccessFactors Solutions or equivalent products in HRIS, HCM, and ERP.
  • Excellent English communication, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Strong understanding of standard business processes and scenarios, preferably in HR-related areas.
  • Familiarity with middleware tools like DELL Boomi, SAP CPI, PI, PO, Webmethods, APIs, and XSLT mappings.
