Job Title: Assignment Support Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assignment Support Associate.

  • This role involves the assessment of timesheets and expenses, conducting thorough reviews, and working closely with sales/contractors for corrections.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.

  • Verifying receipts received and ensuring final amount tallies.
  • Communicating directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
  • Managing payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing detailed overviews of issues.
  • Processing emails received in shared inboxes according to deadlines and urgency levels.
  • Ensuring expense sheets and receipts are saved as per filing conventions required by payroll teams and seeking approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Working according to payroll schedules to prevent payment delays.
  • Performing other tasks and responsibilities assigned by managers.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
