Large Language Model Developer

Are you a seasoned expert in large language models?
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Senior Data Scientist.
This role involves developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models tailored to specific business needs.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field is required.
Key Requirements:- Fine-tune and optimize LLM and NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA) for real-world applications
- Integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment
- Collaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines
- Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics
- Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, LLaMAIndex, or similar
- Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation
- Good to have: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with AI/ML pipelines, and deployment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
