Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize large language model-based solutions using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based architectures.
  • Lead codebase ownership in Python and SQL, ensuring high-quality, efficient code with reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI products.
  • Provide technical leadership, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring to the engineering team.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLM research and generative AI, proposing and experimenting with emerging techniques to drive ongoing improvements in model performance.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL
  • Understanding of Cloud services from Azure, GCP, or AWS for building GenAI applications
  • Excellent communication skills
