Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We seek a highly skilled analyst to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects. This includes data collection, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Interpret market trends, identify patterns and extract insights from large datasets.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Effectively communicate findings and solutions through presentations and reports.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and high-quality results.
  • Business Growth: Drive new ideas and opportunities to sustain and grow the business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject.
  • At least 5 years' experience in benchmarking, research or business analysis.
  • Some experience in financial services, consultancy or market research is preferred.
Technical Skills

You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and be familiar with tools like Alteryx, Python, Tableau or PowerBI.

Personal Qualities

This role requires strong presentation and storytelling skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication. You should also be entrepreneurial, creative and collaborative.
