Product Design Lead

At our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Product Design Lead to spearhead the product functional design process.

About You:

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Possess 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and 7+ years in the IT industry. A Scrum certification is highly valued.
  • Proven track record in managing Agile teams.
  • Expertise in coaching team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Skillful facilitator of internal communication and collaboration.
  • Successful collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
  • Adept at resolving conflicts and removing obstacles.
  • Ability to implement changes effectively.
  • Quality assurance of sprint deliverables.
  • Development team coaching for higher scrum maturity.
  • Experience in building ambitious environments where team members take ownership of products.
  • Partner with stakeholders to inform product vision and strategy.
