We are seeking a skilled UIUX Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

As a UIUX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • User Research Methods: You should have expertise in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Design Tools: You should have proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter.
  • Experience: You should have 3-5 years of experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Data Presentation: You should have 3+ years of experience creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • Ai-Powered Design: You should have hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Communication Skills: You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
