Performance Optimization Expert

About the Position:

We are a global digital solutions and technology consulting company seeking a talented Performance Optimization Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test plans and scenarios using tools such as Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and related field, with experience in software development, testing, or related field. A strong understanding of application performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system optimization is required.

This role involves working closely with developers, QA teams, and DevOps to optimize system performance and ensure seamless user experience. The candidate should be able to analyze test results, provide detailed performance reports, and make recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance test plans and scenarios.
  • Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and DevOps to optimize system performance.
  • Create performance benchmarks and assist in capacity planning.
  • Maintain documentation related to performance testing strategies and results.
