Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced web developer to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. Your expertise will drive engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and implement improvements.
  • Measure key metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the space, applying your knowledge to enhance our web experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
