Job Title: ICT & Telecommunications Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ICT & Telecommunications Engineer to join our Technology Systems team. As an engineer in this role, you will be responsible for the development and publication of telecommunications designs to support projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICT and telecommunications design, with experience in structured cabling systems, communications rooms, outside plant infrastructure, active ICT networks, and wireless LAN and Wi-Fi modelling. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, specifications, calculations, and drawings to enable the tendering of works to qualified integrators/contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Master of Engineering in Electronic, Computer Systems or Telecommunications or related field
  • Experience in mentoring and leading junior engineers
  • Strong knowledge of network design principles and experience working in critical environments
  • Familiarity with health & safety and systems engineering/design assurance requirements
