Job Title: Innovative Video Producer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled video producer with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native workflows to create engaging learning videos, promotional content, explainers, and campaign assets by combining editing, design, animation, and next-gen AI tools.

About the Role:

  • Create high-quality videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats that drive business results.
  • Edit and produce compelling content by balancing speed, quality, and scale while innovating with AI + animation techniques.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements to support marketing and product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging video narratives from scripts and briefs, working closely with writers, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact content on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve video production processes.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design, with a strong portfolio of edited videos and animations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve (Blender/Cinema4D a plus).
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
