**Job Title:** Power Grid Solutions Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Grid Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our grid connections and simulation systems with industry standards.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate grid code requirements into software development processes, develop test plans for grid code compliance, and perform and evaluate grid code compliance tests.

You will also be responsible for analyzing test data to optimize grid code compliance, specifying new functions and features to maintain and optimize grid code compliance, and having a deep understanding of Nordex products to rate grid code compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate grid code requirements into software development processes
  • Develop test plans for grid code compliance
  • Perform and evaluate grid code compliance tests
  • Analyze test data to optimize grid code compliance
  • Specify new functions and features to maintain and optimize grid code compliance
  • Have a deep understanding of Nordex products to rate grid code compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience with grid code requirements
  • Test case definition and test-driven development
  • Good knowledge of grid code compliance on power plant level and software details
  • Programming experience in Python or similar languages for test analysis and automation
  • Self-responsible, structured, customer-oriented working mindset
  • Intercultural understanding and collaborative team spirit
  • Fluent English language skills, with Spanish and/or German being an asset
