Job Description

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative AI systems that enable ventures to scale faster, smarter, and more efficiently. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop end-to-end pipelines that integrate data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong programming background and experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. They should also have knowledge of data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage), familiarity with MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure), and hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one and has a builder's mindset. You should also have experience working in startups or venture studios and be interested in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment).
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems (structured + unstructured) that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.
