We're building a future where AI systems make critical decisions with trust. As an AI engineer, you'll develop reliable, self-improving systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models for production-ready use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Product Development: Develop products fully enabled by LLMs, focusing on emerging techniques for integration in high-stakes environments.
  • High-Performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for efficient search and RAG.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs, leveraging open-source models and polyglot approaches.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices using FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Familiarity with our core technologies: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
