System Innovation Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to help drive system enhancements, provide top-notch support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements to completion through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.
- Resolve Tier 2 support requests driving to timely resolution for the end user.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding on role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy and territory hierarchy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.
- Drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, attention to detail, and cross functional collaboration with IT and other team members.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Subject Matter Experts and IT to research & resolve issues related to Salesforce & Clari, partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and our Revenue Acceleration team to understand business requirements for systemic enhancements, and perform regular SFDC data audits to ensure accuracy within the system.
The ideal candidate will possess 9+ years of professional experience in system and tools support, with a strong background in Salesforce, as well as excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
