Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our performance marketing efforts, focusing on optimizing key performance metrics across various ad channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paid marketing, with a proven track record of growth and results.

The selected individual will be responsible for owning the execution of performance marketing strategies, constantly experimenting and improving campaign performance. They will analyze trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance accordingly. Additionally, they will identify new growth opportunities in existing and emerging channels to drive incremental growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in paid marketing, with a mix of search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google (UAC, Search, Shopping, Pmax) and Facebook platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools, particularly Google Analytics and Singular.
  • Strong data management skills in Excel, as well as knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
