Butler Services:

  • Arrange dining reservations, transportation, and special requests in accordance with guest preferences, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with colleagues and supervisors, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Attention to Detail:

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and replenish in-room amenities to ensure guest satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every aspect of service.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and exceptional guest experience, leveraging the strengths of each team member.
  • Assist in training new team members on butler services and hotel standards, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and development.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Impeccable grooming standards and professional appearance are essential, reflecting the high standards of the Accor Hotel brand.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required, with knowledge of additional languages an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, enabling the ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
