CommunicationandCoordination:

  • Liaiseeffectively with other departments to fulfill guest needsseamlessly.
  • Maintain clear and concisecommunication with colleagues andsupervisors.

Attentionto Detail:

  • Uphold thehighest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest roomsand public areas.
  • Monitor and replenish inroomamenities to ensure guestsatisfaction.

TeamCollaboration:

  • Workcollaboratively with colleagues to deliver a cohesive guestexperience.
  • Assist in training new team memberson butler services and hotelstandards.

Qualifications:

  • Previousexperience in a luxury hospitality environmentpreferred.
  • Impeccable grooming standards andprofessional appearance.
  • Excellentcommunication skills in English; knowledge of additional languagesis an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills andattention to detail.
  • Ability to workefficiently and calmly in a fastpacedenvironment.
