Job Opportunity: Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the execution of complex projects from inception to delivery. This key role involves coordinating with various departments, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and technical expertise in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and Power Point, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma.

  1. Must-Have Skills:
  2. Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager in a SaaS company
  3. Technical proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to guide project execution and keep stakeholders informed.

Resource Management:

Effectively allocate and manage resources, working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks early on and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues before they arise.

Business Analysis Services:

Product Documentation: Develop comprehensive product documents, including requirement specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.

Presentation and Sales Support: Create impactful presentations for stakeholders and clients, and assist the sales team with product demonstrations and technical expertise.

Requirement Gathering and Elicitation: Engage with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
