Project Lead - Interior Fit-Out Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining high-quality results.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and excellent project management abilities. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects that meet their expectations.

  • Responsibilities:

Project Ownership:
• Assume full ownership of projects from inception to final delivery
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Multifaceted Project Management:
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion
• Demonstrate expertise in project planning, risk management, and quality control

Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors through effective communication and collaboration
• Utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes

Leadership and Adaptability:
• Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones
• Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in effectively managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects
• Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture, preferably with a Masters in Construction Management/Project Management
• Strong knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
• Proficiency in adopting digital and technology initiatives
