Data Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to lead our data engineering team in delivering scalable and secure data solutions. This role involves designing and overseeing the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions.
  • Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in data engineering with at least 5 years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects.
