Structural Engineering Jobs: Design and Develop Chassis Parts

  • Design and develop structural chassis parts, such as frames, swing arms, side stands, main stands, footrests, grab handles, and handlebars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality designs that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work closely with simulation, program, production, testing, and manufacturing engineering teams.
  • Develop and implement design verification plans (DVPs) for structural parts.
  • Analyze test results and simulation outcomes to improve design efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans for design projects.
  • Manage engineering bills of material (BOMs).
  • Develop and maintain design standards documents.
  • Document lessons learned and manage the knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
