As a Workday Absence Management specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring our absence management solutions for our partners.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Conduct workshops to identify absence management requirements and draft functional specifications for the Workday Absence module.
  • Configure the module to meet business needs, monitoring configurations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions and support deployment efforts.
  • Deliver training sessions and contribute to change management initiatives to drive adoption.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with HR, payroll, and stakeholders to integrate absence management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
