Job Title: Treasury Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage treasury operations for multiple Renewable Energy projects.

The role involves daily cash management, debt servicing, banking operations, foreign exchange management, and supporting project finance and investment activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash flow across various projects and optimize fund utilization.
  • Facilitate issuance of letters of credit and manage Buyer's Credit arrangements.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt instruments.
  • Ensure timely repayments of project loans.
  • Record advance and performance guarantees from vendors and third parties.
  • Issue inter corporate deposits and monitor limits.
  • Post treasury accounting entries on a daily basis.
  • Manage foreign exchange hedging activities.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters.
  • Submit treasury reports, audit coordination, and respond to audit queries.
  • Prepare monthly treasury MIS reports.
  • Support new project financing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient treasury operations.

Candidate Profile:
  • MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong academic credentials.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury.
  • Prior experience in Infrastructure / Renewable Energy sector is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury products, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Hands-on experience in treasury software and SAP systems is desirable.
