Visionary Urban Planner

We are seeking a skilled Urban Designer to join our team. As an Urban Designer, you will be responsible for conducting research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions to support project development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables in a timely manner;
• Gather essential information to support planning proposals through site assessments;
• Maintain seamless communication with the office by working flexible late hours when required;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning/ Architecture/ Geography or similar field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment/ graphics firm/advertising agency;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of current planning best practice and sustainable development;
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience in using them to create diverse design solutions;

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Prior work experience in urban planning/ property sector;
• Ability to work with Midjourney/ other AI software;
• Proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD;
