Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Job Description

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, and deployment of custom reporting and data visualization solutions that deliver insights for leading brands.

Working closely with our data-driven consultancy team, you will leverage data science, automation, and visualizations to identify strategies for driving media efficiencies and effectiveness.

  • Collaborating with senior analytics personnel to customize and produce reporting solutions using tools like AWS cloud computing, Tableau, and SharePoint.
  • Gathering requirements from internal teams and clients for stakeholder measurement needs related to market research and industry intelligence data points.
  • Developing automated data visualizations (e.g. Tableau, Datorama, GDS) to empower stakeholders with insights and performance metrics on-demand.
  • Generating reports, documentation, and insights as part of the analysis process.

Additional duties may include quality control procedures for analysis, reporting, and data visualization to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Collaborate with senior analytics personnel to develop and deploy custom reporting and data visualization solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements from internal teams and clients to meet stakeholder measurement needs.
  • Data Visualization: Develop automated data visualizations to provide stakeholders with real-time insights and performance metrics.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports, documentation, and insights as part of the analysis process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a client-side or agency-side environment.
  • Experience with Tableau and Cloud Computing, with a desire to develop expertise.
  • Strong SQL capability and a willingness to develop expertise.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in relatable terms.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
