Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida or Delhi. The associate will be responsible for drafting and analyzing legal documents, researching legal issues, providing advisory services, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Analyzing Legal Documents: Prepare high-quality legal briefs, agreements, and other documents.
  • Research and Advisory Services: Conduct thorough research on legal issues, provide expert advice, and support the development of effective legal strategies.
  • Representation in Legal Proceedings: Attend court hearings, represent clients, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong Legal Skills: Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills are essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher, and 1-4 years of experience in corporate law, insolvency, real estate, and regulatory matters are preferred.
