Process Engineering Manager Job

This is a challenging leadership role for an experienced process engineering professional to manage and oversee the design of complex process systems, ensuring that they meet all regulatory, safety, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process design principles and proficient skills in process simulation software and design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of process engineers to ensure efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Process Design Oversight: Oversee the design of process systems, including developing process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), heat and mass balance calculations, and system design specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee multiple process design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in process engineering design, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in process design principles, proficient in process simulation software and design tools, and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
