Job Description

The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, performance tracking and presentation development while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. They will prioritize tasks, manage position allocation and job postings, and maintain strong proficiency in MIS, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Adept in managing Automated Talent Systems (ATS) tools such as Ceipal.
  • Excellent experience in preparing review presentations and client decks for presentation and performance evaluation.
  • Expert in MIS, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Regular job postings for both internal and external stakeholders within the company, as well as public job boards.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
