Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Madurai, India.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document requirements
- Analyze the impact of changes
- Support the business throughout the implementation process
- Understand business requirements and map them to system functionalities
- Have technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Exposure to working with Data Warehouses and Regulatory Reporting framework
- Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring is desired
- Bachelor's Degree and/or any finance-related courses
- Possessing work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions and being well versed in AML regulations
- Experience in a Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in English (written/verbal)
- Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
- Ability to work in a Matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies
- Understanding of executing projects in agile (scrum) methodology
