Structural Repair Manual Author

We are seeking a skilled author to create technical publications for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field, with experience in technical publication and knowledge of industry standards and tools.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, modify, and revise technical documentation (SRM ID) for various programs, including A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350, and A380.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand change requests and develop content that meets customer needs.

· Guide and mentor junior authors and illustrators to ensure adherence to process and technical competence.

· Create training materials and conduct sessions on technical topics.

· Perform root cause analysis for rejections and implement preventive actions.

· Review completed work orders.

Key Skills:

· Experience with SAP PCS module, SRM 3D ident, Zamiz, Airbus Supply, Airnav, APS, PASS SSI, and VPM.

· Strong understanding of industry standards and tools.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to train new team members on technical competence and process adherence.
