Product Owner Role

As an LMS Product Owner in the Digital Customer Experience program, you will work alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds, dedicated to developing, supporting, and leading the digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate strategic and tactical objectives for LMS and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.
  • Build a product roadmap based on customer insights, technology, and business needs.
  • Prioritize features to focus on maximum value aligned with product strategy.
  • Bundling requirements into larger consistent deliverables.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Product internally and externally and primary contact for queries related to the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on common goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the global matrix organization and secure governance model.
  • Focus on high usability, adoption, and simplicity in architecture and experience.
  • Orchestrate agile changes to user experience.
  • Identify training requirements and ensure lifecycle for various user groups.
  • Drive audit of content to identify dated, irrelevant, or out-of-brand materials.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • +3 years of relevant business and/or IT experience.
  • Strong process understanding and technology understanding.
  • Collaboration and communication skills across cultures and mindsets.
  • Fundamental understanding of E2E user experience, business, and IT architecture.
  • Good understanding of user experience design and what good experience feels like.
  • Attention to detail with ability to execute within tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or user experience.
  • Ability to translate user/customer needs into clear acceptance criteria.
