IT Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing projects and driving process improvement initiatives across the IT organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance IT operational efficiency and performance.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for AI-enabled innovation and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and meet business objectives.
  • Communicate project progress and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT program or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading successful Lean and process improvement initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification and/or LEAN certification.
  • Experience working in an Agile culture.
  • Experience with Automation, AI technologies, and their application in operational processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale business transformations.
