Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to spearhead our online bidding and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities via online platforms.
  • Optimize and maintain company profiles across various marketplaces.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Leverage tools such as Sales Navigator, email outreach software, and CRM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
