Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, preparing comprehensive reports and critical insight reports related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from various sources and prepare reports using reporting tools.
  • Conduct analysis of postpaid and prepaid customers.
  • Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Use data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
