Arbitrage Fund Manager Partnership Opportunity

  • Join a Dubai-based arbitrage fund as a 40% equity partner and contribute to its growth roadmap.
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy, ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting, developing investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle, participating in building a scalable arbitrage powerhouse from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct arbitrage trading strategy and oversee day-to-day operations of the fund.
  2. Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  3. Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators, and develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Background in fund management, quantitative finance, or hedge fund operations.
  • Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
