We're seeking a UI/UX designer who can create engaging user experiences from scratch. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a product, not just design screens.

This opportunity involves translating our vision into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while working closely with the founder and early team.

Key responsibilities include designing intuitive interfaces for employee apps, coach platforms, and employer dashboards as well as influencing the product roadmap.

A mini case study has been designed to assess your problem-solving skills: A person struggles to track expenses and doesn't know where their money goes. We want to help them visually understand spending, set budgets, and take action. Your task is to create a single screen design showing expense summary + categories, budget vs actual, and suggested actions.

The ideal candidate will have strong UI/UX skills, a portfolio showcasing problem-solving and design thinking, and be excited by early-stage startup challenges. They should also be able to work independently in a remote setup and be curious, adaptable, and eager to shape a product from zero to one.
