Job Title: Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced product designer to craft visually stunning and intuitive designs that prioritize usability and engagement.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the user journey and interface for a platform that users will love and trust.

ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)
  • Create user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for key features.
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Optimize the user journey to ensure seamless and intuitive experiences for all users.
User Interface (UI)
  • Design high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs reflecting modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
  • Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.
Collaboration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and assets for smooth development handoff.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all aspects of the platform.
Design Systems
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN A SCALABLE DESIGN SYSTEM INCLUDING REUSABLE COMPONENTS, TYPOGRAPHY, AND COLOR SCHEMES.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
Testing and Iteration
  • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform's design.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance overall usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs for mobile-first platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Expertise in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
