SAP SD OTC Specialist Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge in the field of SAP? Do you have expertise in SAP SD, FMS, Retail, and E-Commerce domains? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you

This role involves leading functional analysis, solution design, and implementation & testing of processes across SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and E-Commerce domains. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end OTC cycle including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should also have experience in project lifecycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Fashion/retail-specific workflows knowledge required
  • Strong expertise in article master, pricing, stock segmentation, allocation, and store replenishment
  • Proven experience in integrating SAP with front-end e-commerce platforms
  • Functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and integration with logistics and finance modules
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and ECOM modules
  • Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
