About this role:

The SAP OTC Analyst position involves implementing and supporting the SAP S4 Fashion Solution for individual SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes within a global framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining key business processes that drive OTC solutions, integration and optimization.
  • Mapping functional capabilities of IT systems to meet business requirements
  • Accountable for future IT functional and technical design, configuration and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion OTC and other OTC Solutions
  • Participating in process workshops & issue resolution sessions
  • Contributing to the future IT solution design, testing, deployment and change management

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or computer science
  • Certified in SAP SD/OTC Functional Configuration (preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years experience in SAP OTC configuration and programming leadership with recent hands-on experience

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Focused skills in process validation, configuration, development, testing, planning, and execution of the following: SAP S4 Fashion/FMS/AFS Configuration
  • Functional Specifications (WRICEF)
  • Security Design related to Order to Cash Functionality
  • Integration to external partners and other internal systems including eCommerce, EDI, WMS Solutions, and B2B Integration
