Electronics Design Engineer

An active member of the electronics design team is required to assist in requirements management, electronics circuit design, analysis, implementation and testing of aerospace electronics products / printed circuit cards.

Key responsibilities include selecting electronic components, designing analog and digital circuits and creating schematics, analyzing circuits for tolerance, power, thermal and worst-case scenarios etc.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of electronics hardware involving digital, microprocessor circuits fundamentals, power and EMI circuits.

Experience in electrical design with high-speed digital or mixed signal design is essential.

Able to simplify circuits and explain underlying concepts clearly, provide technical guidance and leadership at project context.

Self-motivated with focus on results, sense of urgency and working boundaryless.

Good written and verbal presentation and communication skills are required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Power Electronics with 7-8 years of experience.
  • Must have experience in Analysis/Troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
  • Ability to work in Matrix org structure with solid & dotted line reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Design experience for complying EMI/EMC in power electronics application and exposure with RF Conducted and Radiated Emissions/Susceptibility Testing.
  • Thorough knowledge of board design, EMI Filter design, Lightning Analysis, Component selection.
  • Mentor Schematic and Layout tools – Dx Designer, Hyper lynx DRC, Hyper lynx SI.
