Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Telecom Professional to lead our contact center technology operations.

This role involves designing, engineering, and operating global contact center solutions built on cloud platforms like NICE inContact, Genesis, Amazon Connect, and AudioCodes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

They will collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies that drive business success.

The Telecom Professional will engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies that drive business success.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design and implement skills-based routing strategies to efficiently direct customer interactions to the appropriate agents.
  • Lead the deployment and integration of NICE inContact CXone solutions.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years' overall experience.
  • Good to have Contact Center domain experience.
  • Project / Implementation experience is required.
  • Good experience in team management.
  • Certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.
