Job Title: Content Creation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Content Creation Specialist to lead the creation of engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to craft compelling and visually engaging videos for social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, shorts, and promotional materials using creative editing techniques, including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to elevate storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers, and social media teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content that resonates with our audience.
  • Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize engagement and reach a broader audience.
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and finished projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient content delivery.
  • Stay current with digital video trends, editing styles, and social media platform algorithms to stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing, with expertise in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and timing to deliver impactful content that captivates our audience.
  • Understanding of video optimization strategies for different social media platforms to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
