Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Team Lead to join our team in Schbang. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of multiple accounts and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and meet client objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development department to develop value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
