About the Role

You will play a crucial role in designing and planning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects.

  • As a seasoned professional, you will develop and integrate mechanical systems (HVAC), electrical power and distribution, and plumbing systems into overall building designs.

This involves working closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

  • You will oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.

Your expertise will be utilized to ensure that all systems meet relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

  • You will design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.

In addition, you will prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all MEP scope of work.

  • You will identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.

A strong foundation in engineering principles, along with experience in project management and collaboration, is essential for this role.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations.

You must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience

A BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience is preferred, especially in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and townships.
