Technical Director Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Director to lead our software development team. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems.

  • This position requires strong technical expertise in software development, specifically in one of the following programming languages: Java8 or above.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex programming problems, is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building high-volume customer-facing systems and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with Cloud providers (Azure or Google Cloud) and experience working in CI/CD pipelines.
  • A strong understanding of SQL server and Angular 2+.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in small teams.
